Warranty

• We are the manufacturer and wholesaler of American Hawks High Performance Metal Detectors. We have lifetime warranty on all "High Performance" brand metal detectors. We don't think it is reasonable to offer just one year warranty for consumer products because customers would have to make purchases every year. Our metal detectors come with LIFETIME WARRANTY. What does this mean? American Hawks metal detectors are unconditionally guaranteed for life. In the lifetime of the metal detector, we will fix or exchange it free of charge.
• Please note that our warranty does not extend to those items identified as standard "wear and tear" items (i.e. carry bag, earphone or batteries). In addition, our warranty does not cover damages caused by consumer abuse, neglect or ignorance.
• For other brands, warranty policy varies from different manufacturers. Please submit the warranty card coming with product to manufacturer for warranty information.

30 Day Return Policy

• We stand behind our products after sales. If you are not satisfied with the performance, simply ask for an RMA number and send back the metal detector prepaid. Product need to be sent back in brand new or mint condition.
• We understand you might have used it and found performance was not accepted. You can still return it. Everything coming with the package need to be returned.
• We simply ask you to be honest buyer. If you want to return after abusing the metal detector, 30% restocking fee will be charged.
• Refund will be initiated after deducting the original shipping charge.

The merchant name on your credit card statement is instead of onemetaldetector.com.

Shipping Charge

• For US buyers in lower 48 states, we offer FREE Flat Rate Shipping.
• For Canadian buyers, we offer Flat Rate Shipping based on order value. The shipping cost is based on the total cost or weight of items. It costs $10.50 for order up to $100. It costs $20.50 for order up to $200.
• We also offer expedited shipping service from UPS or USPS. Shipping charge is calculated based on weight and can be seen in shopping cart.
• We ship by USPS or UPS for international orders. Shipping charge is calculated based on weight and can be seen in shopping cart.

Shipping & Transit Time

We ship all express orders within 24 hours. If you select flat rate as shipping method, we normally ship within 48 hours. Please note, orders placed during weekend or holiday won't be processed till the next business day. Tracking number will be provided once it is shipped.

• "UPS Next Day", "UPS 2nd Day" and "UPS 3 Day" take 1-3 business days to arrive respectively.
• "UPS Ground" usually takes 1-6 business days
• "USPS Express" takes 1-2 business days to arrive.
• "UPS Priority" usually takes 1-3 business days
• Generally speaking, international shipments take 3-8 business days from shipping day unless Customs cause delays.

Shipping Internationally

• All import duties, tariffs and taxes are the responsibility of the customer which are not included in the shipping charge of your order. Based on our experience, small packages are generally not charged with any import duties, tariffs and taxes.
• Sometimes, customs do open packages for inspection. We are not responsible for any delay or problem caused by foreign customs. In the event the package was returned to us, we will issue credit of the product cost only. Please contact customs in your country before placing order.
• If you have purchased from any US retailers before, you should expect similar case on the transit time and import charges for your order from us.

Cancel Order

When you place an order online, it will be forwarded to our warehouse immediately. If you want to cancel the order before the item is shipped, please send us email within 30 minutes after placing your order. Otherwise, a $10.00 processing fee will be deducted for each order. We are sorry for this. But again, to save cost and pass savings to customers like you, your anticipated cooperation is greatly appreciated.
